{"id":101,"date":"2011-12-11T05:48:18","date_gmt":"2011-12-11T05:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2011\/12\/11\/potato-wedges\/"},"modified":"2011-12-11T05:48:18","modified_gmt":"2011-12-11T05:48:18","slug":"potato-wedges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/british-recipes\/potato-wedges\/","title":{"rendered":"Potato wedges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potatoes (about 3 medium potatoes per person)<\/li>\n<li> Olive oil<\/li>\n<li> Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li> <\/li>\n<li> Flavourings of your choosing:<\/li>\n<li> Cumin seeds or garam masala (good with curries)<\/li>\n<li> Fennel seeds, dried oregano and chilli flakes (good with fish or chicken)<\/li>\n<li> Fresh rosemary and whole garlic cloves (good with lamb, pork chops or chicken)<\/li>\n<li> Fresh thyme or bay leaves (good with pork or chicken) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat the oven to 220C.&nbsp; Cut potatoes in halve lengthways and then cut each half into wedges.
