{"id":113,"date":"2012-11-24T11:01:33","date_gmt":"2012-11-24T11:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2012\/11\/24\/vegetable-fried-rice\/"},"modified":"2012-11-24T11:01:33","modified_gmt":"2012-11-24T11:01:33","slug":"vegetable-fried-rice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/asian-recipes\/vegetable-fried-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegetable fried rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves<br \/>\n<\/strong>2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time<br \/>\n<\/strong>10 mins<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 Spring onions, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 Clove garlic, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp Frozen peas<br \/>\n2 tbsp Sweetcorn<br \/>\nHalf a red pepper, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 Cups of cold cooked rice<br \/>\nSalt and white pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp Soy sauce<br \/>\nGroundnut oil for frying<br \/>\n2 Eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a wok or large non-stick frying pan and then add the oil. Add the peppers first and fry for a couple of minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for a few minutes before adding the rice.<\/p>\n<p>Continue to stir fry over a high heat until the rice is heated through. Add the salt and pepper and mix through.<\/p>\n<p>Move the rice to one side of the wok or pan and add a little more oil. Add the soy to the beaten egg and pour this into the space in the pan.
