{"id":1543,"date":"2014-06-03T21:45:14","date_gmt":"2014-06-03T21:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/?p=1543"},"modified":"2014-06-03T21:45:14","modified_gmt":"2014-06-03T21:45:14","slug":"salmon-fishcakes-salsa-verde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/fish-recipes\/salmon-fishcakes-salsa-verde\/","title":{"rendered":"Salmon fishcakes with salsa verde"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves<\/strong><br \/>\n2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time<\/strong><br \/>\n40 mins<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>600g\/1lb 5oz\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/salmon\">salmon<\/a>\u00a0fillet<br \/>\nsalt and freshly ground\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/black_pepper\">black pepper<br \/>\n<\/a>2 big floury potatoes, cooked<br \/>\n1 medium\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/red_onion\">red onions<\/a>, finely diced<br \/>\n2 handfuls chopped\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/parsley\">parsley<br \/>\n<\/a>1\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/lemon\">lemons<\/a>, juice only<br \/>\n<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/flour\">flour<\/a>, for dusting<\/p>\n<p>For the Salsa Verde<br \/>\n25g\/2oz white\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/breadcrumbs\">breadcrumbs<\/a><br \/>\n1 tbsp of\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/red_wine_vinegar\">red wine vinegar<\/a><br \/>\n<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/basil\">basil<\/a>, small bunch<br \/>\nflat-leaved\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/parsley\">parsley<\/a>, small bunch<br \/>\n2\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/garlic\">garlic<\/a>\u00a0cloves, chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt and freshly ground\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/black_pepper\">black pepper<\/a><br \/>\n60ml\/4fl oz\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/olive_oil\">olive oil<\/a><br \/>\n1 tbsp salted\u00a0<a class=\"name food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/capers\">capers<\/a>, rinsed<\/p>\n<p>To make the Salsa Verde, soak the breadcrumbs in the vinegar briefly, then put into a food processor with the herbs, garlic and seasoning.
