{"id":382,"date":"2012-05-10T20:44:30","date_gmt":"2012-05-10T20:44:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2012\/05\/10\/ellens-best-ever-pizza\/"},"modified":"2012-05-10T20:44:30","modified_gmt":"2012-05-10T20:44:30","slug":"ellens-best-ever-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/italian-recipes\/ellens-best-ever-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Ellen&#8217;s best ever pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ellen is the neice of one of the best friends we ever had, this is a recipe for the pizza&#8217;s they made together when Mike was looking after the kids<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves<\/strong><br \/>\n2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time<\/strong><br \/>\n30 mins<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Pizza dough:<br \/>\n300g of bread flour<br \/>\nteaspoon of salt<br \/>\nteaspoon of dried yeast<br \/>\ntablespoon of olive oil<br \/>\n200 mls warm water<\/p>\n<p>For the tomato sauce:<br \/>\nabout 200g of passata<br \/>\n1 clove garlic pressed<br \/>\n3 or 4 basil leaves torn<br \/>\nToppings<br \/>\ngrated mozzarella (plenty)<br \/>\nparma ham<br \/>\npepperoni<br \/>\nblack olives (halved)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix till you get a sticky dough. Move onto a floured surface and kneed for 5 &#8211; 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Next mix the passata, garlic and torn basil leaves to make the tomato sauce and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the dough into 2 even sized balls, and roll out into rough pizza shapes.<\/p>\n<p>spread the tomato topping onto the pizza dough, sprinkle a little of the mozzarella, then add the parma ham, pepperoni and black olives.
