So easy but so tasty!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Se<\/strong><strong>rves<\/strong><br \/>\n2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time<\/strong><br \/>\n20 mins<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>350g-400g tagliatelle<br \/>\nabout 80g parsley (a very big handful)<br \/>\n100g walnuts, lightly toasted in a dry pan<br \/>\n1 small clove garlic, chopped<br \/>\n50g parmesan, grated<br \/>\nzest of 1 lemon<br \/>\n100ml extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put the parsley, hazelnuts, garlic and lemon zest in a\u00a0food processor\u00a0and whizz to a semi-smooth paste. Add the parmesan and then, with the food processor going, drizzle in the olive oil gradually until everything is emulsified. Taste and add salt and pepper accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a\u00a0couple of tablespoons\u00a0of the cooking water. Return the pasta to the pan with the reserved cooking water and mix through the pesto.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately with more grated parmesan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Tagliatelle\u00a0twist on the traditional basil\/pine nut pesto.
