{"id":41,"date":"2011-12-10T23:36:46","date_gmt":"2011-12-10T23:36:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2011\/12\/10\/green-herb-tikka-kebabs\/"},"modified":"2011-12-10T23:36:46","modified_gmt":"2011-12-10T23:36:46","slug":"green-herb-tikka-kebabs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/chicken-recipes\/green-herb-tikka-kebabs\/","title":{"rendered":"Green herb tikka kebabs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finger length piece of ginger, chopped<\/li>\n<li> 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li> 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li> Juice of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li> 5 tbsp Thick natural yogurt<\/li>\n<li> 1 Green chilli, roughly chopped <\/li>\n<li> 1 Bunch fresh coriander, chopped<\/li>\n<li> Big handful of basil<\/li>\n<li> 1.5 tbsp Garam masala<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Oil<\/li>\n<li> Lime quarters, raita and salad leaves to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a twist on a classic Indian recipe.<\/p>\n<p> Grind the ginger and 3 of the garlic cloves to paste using a pestle and mortar and then rub into the chicken with some salt and half the lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n Put all remaining ingredients into a blender and blend to a fine paste. Rub this into the chicken and leave in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.<br \/>\n Heat the oven to 180C and lay on a baking sheet and cook for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes.
