{"id":454,"date":"2011-12-10T20:30:03","date_gmt":"2011-12-10T20:30:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2011\/12\/10\/beef-and-coriander-wraps\/"},"modified":"2011-12-10T20:30:03","modified_gmt":"2011-12-10T20:30:03","slug":"beef-and-coriander-wraps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/asian-recipes\/beef-and-coriander-wraps\/","title":{"rendered":"Beef and coriander wraps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cloves garlic,chopped, <\/li>\n<li> 2cm piece of ginger, finely chopped, <\/li>\n<li> 200g lean minced beef, <\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine, <\/li>\n<li> 6 Chinese mushrooms, roughly chopped (if using dried, soak for 20 minutes first),&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp light soy sauce, <\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp oyster sauce, <\/li>\n<li> 2 baby gem lettuces,&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li> fresh coriander leaves to garnish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a wok or frying pan and add a little oil. Stir fry the garlic and ginger for a few minutes before adding the beef. Continue to cook on a high heat stirring all the time until the beef is well browned.<\/p>\n<p> Add the rice wine and cook for a few minutes before adding the mushrooms.&nbsp; Continue to stir fry and then season with the soy and oyster sauce.&nbsp; Simmer for 5 minutes or so then remove from the heat.<\/p>\n<p> Tear the cup shaped leaves from the lettuce, wash and pat dry.
