{"id":70,"date":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","date_gmt":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2011\/12\/11\/stilton-pate-with-celery-and-walnut-salad\/"},"modified":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","modified_gmt":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","slug":"stilton-pate-with-celery-and-walnut-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/british-recipes\/stilton-pate-with-celery-and-walnut-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Stilton Pate with celery and walnut salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"style15\">200g Stilton, at room temp, crumbled<\/li>\n<li> 100g Full-fat soft cheese<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Port<\/li>\n<li> Pinch of nutmeg<\/li>\n<li> 100g Walnut pieces<\/li>\n<li> 150g Back grapes, halved<\/li>\n<li> 4 Celery sticks, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp Olive oil<\/li>\n<li> Juice of 1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li> 4 tbsp Snipped chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a fork, blend the cheeses with the port and nutmeg and black pepper to taste.&nbsp; Pile the mixture onto a sheet of foil, then wrap and shape into an 8 inch sausage.<br \/>\n Finely chop half the walnuts. Unwrap the cheese and coat evenly with the nuts. Wrap again and chill until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p> Mix together celery, grapes and remaining walnuts. Put the oil and lemon juice in a jar with salt and pepper. Shake well then stir in the chives and pour over the salad.<br \/>\n Divide the salad between 6 plates.
