{"id":75,"date":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","date_gmt":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tezzatron.com\/loadsofrecipes\/2011\/12\/11\/thai-pork-skewers\/"},"modified":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","modified_gmt":"2011-12-11T02:41:50","slug":"thai-pork-skewers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loadsofrecipes.co.uk\/asian-recipes\/thai-pork-skewers\/","title":{"rendered":"Thai pork skewers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li> 6 Stalks from coriander plant, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp Fish sauce<\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp Light soy sauce<\/li>\n<li> 125ml Coconut cream<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Groundnut oil<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li> Few shakes of ground white pepper<\/li>\n<li> 450g Pork tenderloin (fillet), thinly sliced across the grain<\/li>\n<li> You will need:<\/li>\n<li> 8 Bamboo skewers<\/li>\n<li>Sweet chilli sauce to serve:<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Fish sauce<\/li>\n<li> 2 tbsp Lemon\/lime juice<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Light soy sauce<\/li>\n<li> 1 Red chilli, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li> 1 tbsp Granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li> Fresh coriander leaves, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well together, making sure that each piece of meat is thoroughly coated. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours. <\/p>\n<p> Make the chilli sauce by combining all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more salty\/sour\/sweet &#8211; there should be a good balance of all these flavours with the heat of the chilli.<\/p>\n<p> Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Thread meat onto each skewer so each of the 8 skewers has an equal amount of pork.
